The service
CallPilot is a personal second-number calling and messaging application operated by Sanga Technologies LLC. Availability of calling and SMS features depends on the account, provider, and phone number. Purchasing a number does not guarantee that SMS is available or enabled.
Your account and use
You are responsible for protecting your login credentials and using only phone numbers, projects, and connections you are authorized to use. Do not use CallPilot to send unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or unsolicited communications. You are responsible for obtaining any consent required for calls or messages you initiate and for honoring opt-out requests.
SMS messaging
Where enabled, personal SMS is for manually written, one-to-one conversations between individuals. Do not use a personal messaging number for business communications, promotions, bulk messaging, automated messages, or unsolicited texts. We may limit or disable messaging to comply with carrier requirements or prevent abuse. Message and data rates may apply. To report unwanted messages or get help, contact support@sangahub.com. Third-party services
CallPilot uses telecom, messaging, and realtime communication providers to operate its features. Carrier and provider availability, pricing, and delivery are outside our direct control. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted service or delivery of every call or message.
Account changes and support
We may restrict or disable access where necessary to protect the service, comply with law or provider rules, or address misuse. You can request account assistance or ask questions about these terms at support@sangahub.com.
Updates
We may update these terms as the service changes. Updated terms will be published here with a revised date.
